Mission Statement: The Sing 4 Joy Gospel Choir operates primarily in the Antelope Valley of California. It's goal is to train young signers in the academics of music and voice, to promote the development of personal character and teamwork through preparation for ministry, and to provide opportunities to serve the community through Christian musical presentations.

Choir Director: Julietta Joanna Faith Palmer (pictured below with her husband Dean) has had over two decades of experience working with children's ministries. She has directed numerous children's choirs, both large and small. Mrs. Palmer began the Sing 4 Joy choir in 1997 with eight home schooled students. As the choir grew, she felt the Lord's leading to expand this musical opportunity into the community. The choir combines students from diverse churches and backgrounds to learn and present the great music of the church.

Admission: The music chosen for the choir is challenging. There are nine to twelve rehearsals for each season. Admission into the choir requires a simple audition. Additional auditions occur for singing solos, ensemble or featured groups during the beginning of the season.

Seasons: The choir holds two seasons per year. The spring season begins in February and the concert is held the first two weeks in May. The fall season begins in September and the concerts runs for two weeks beginning the weekend of Thanksgiving
