The board of Sing 4 Joy Gospel Choir is the governing body from which Julie Palmer, Director, recieves advice and wisdom in decisions that pertain to the functioning and sucess of the choir. The board makes administrative and financial decisions, while Mrs. Palmer retains authority over the choir as musical andartistic director.
